1) A short, detailed description of yourself.
Ans. My name is Pankaj. I was born and grew up in Mumbai. About my professional qualification, I am graduated from Punjab Technical University. If I talk about my hobbies I’m fond of Playing Cricket & doing workouts.
2) What is your greatest strength?
Ans. Sir/Madam, as you know, I am fresher right now. If you give me the opportunity to work with your firm, I will show my hard work, punctuality, patience, and loyalty. Apart from that, I am willing to learn new technologies & upgrade myself regularly.
3) Your present/past job position?
Ans. Last year, I was a postgraduate, and then after that, I am seeking a good opportunity in computers (tell your technologies like digital marketing, Java, Python, PHP, React js, Tally, data analytics, cyber security, etc.).
4) How do you handle criticism?
Ans. People react differently to criticism. The most common reactions are either getting angry and taking it personally or else getting unmotivated. Three tips that I follow on how to deal with criticism are:
- Take suggestions irrespective of who suggests them
- Don’t take it personal
- Don’t reply immediately.
5) Why should we hire you?
Ans: Since I am an organized and self-motivated person, I can do my level best to improve your company’s standards without much supervision. I’d rather show you my work than speak for myself. Please allow me the chance to let my work do the talking.

Ans: Perfectionism, Bad Handwriting (If you are a coder), and difficulty handling criticism

Ans: Fresher: As per Company Norms
Experienced: I’m expecting a salary between ₹X and ₹Y.

Ans. Yes, if the situation comes, then I will manage it by making a proper strategy.
9) How do you express yourself in situations where you have to be tactful?
Ans. In my point of view, a tactful person is someone who can manage all the situations by making proper policies.
10) How do you handle work in high-pressure situations?
Ans. I can handle the work even under pressure because I don’t panic. High achievers tend to perform well in high-pressure situations. Creating a good environment and planning strategies will lead to success; that’s why I believe the most.
